Volunteers must demonstrate an interest in youth development, education, health, fitness and/or gender equality. High school degree required. AA or BA in progress preferred. Volunteer positions require a love of learning, flexibility, creativity, energy and passion for inspiring girls to be future leaders. Must pass pre-employment background investigation including but not limited to fingerprinting, employment history, and criminal background check.
